Placing Order

Prices, shipping rates and other important information are displayed throughout the ordering process. The order is valid only if a complete and accurate form is submitted. If any information provided is unclear we will contact you before accepting your order.

Once an order is placed you will receive an email notification confirming your order details. Please review all information submitted.



Payments will be processed in Euros and can be done by credit card or wire transfer. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card information is encrypted and transmitted by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. This ensures that your personal information is protected and cannot be read by others.

Payments can also be made via wire transfer. You will then receive an email confirmation with the grand total of your purchase, the order tracking number and our bank account details. Once your order has been accepted we will start preparing your order for dispatch. Your order will leave our warehouse after payment confirmation. Ordered products remain the property of A New Simplicity SL until full payment is obtained.


Shipping and Delivery

Shipping to European destinations and to some countries outside the European Union is calculated automatically. Shipping costs are based on weight, size and place of delivery. The delivery is shipped to the address specified by the customer. If the information provided by the customer is incorrect, incomplete or unclear the customer shall bear all additional costs arising hence.

Delivery of available products normally takes place within 2 weeks after receipt of the order. Some of our configurable furniture is made specifically for you and may be subject to longer delivery times. We will get in touch with you for appropriate coordination.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number.

All deliveries will be covered by transport insurance. Please check all packages upon delivery. In case of damage caused by improper handling please notify the deliverer immediately. Additionally we kindly ask you to take a picture and send it to


You may revoke your order by returning the product on your own costs without giving reasons within two weeks upon receipt of the product. We will only accept products that are unused and in the original packaging and are sent to the company address.

If you decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund after we receive the products. Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Damage caused by wear and tear is not covered and an appropriate part of the payment will be retained due to this impairment. This also applies if any accessories or other parts are missing.

Canceling an Order and Return of Products


KRETHAUS products are designed to the highest standards of quality and durability. We are absolutely convinced of our products quality. If there is damage caused by proper use of the furniture we will reach a customer-friendly solution even beyond the statutory period of limitation. The limitation period for asserting warranty claims is two years. In the case of a warranty claim, we will repair, replace or refund your original purchase price at our discretion. In the case of certain minor defects we are entitled to give priority to repair these defects.

Warranty Policy


We offer a unique collection of KRETHAUS products and a selection of preferred suppliers on our website. Furniture may be shipped partially assembled. The customer shall be solely responsible for the proper and correct installation of the products by following the enclosed assembly and usage instructions.



Even though items are packaged properly, transit-related damage can occur. When an order arrives, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damage to the boxes please notify the shipping company inmediatley and retain all packaging materials. If you wish to have our assistance in filling the claim, you must notify us immediately (within 24 hours) for insurance compliance at It is imperative that the outer boxes be inspected carefully and that any damage to the boxes and additional packaging materials is noted on the delivery receipt. Shipping documents should not be signed without recording details of transit damage.
KRETHAUS is in no way responsible for any delay in shipping, including local delivery, error or any international Customs issue.

Shipping Damages




Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Euros incl. VAT.
Exceptions apply to Switzerland and other countries outside the European Union: Customers with a shipping address outside the EU are not subject to sales tax (VAT). Should your shipment be subject to export or import taxes, these are covered at the expense of the customer.

The customer is responsible for payment of national sales taxes and other fees.
